This is a Spec Campaign. Whoa… more spec stuff!? Yeah, haha, I just really love how moody this campaign is and how it champions people trying to overcome mental illness through healthy living and exercise. So, once again, it touches on the kind of work that I believe in and on top of that… the photoshoot turned out awesome so, really proud of that.

The campaign aims to promote courage, persistence, and exercise in the face of trials, trauma, and mental illness.

The Idea: Exercise keeps us balanced, even when our world is turning upside down.

Those moments that are designed to destroy us make us dig deep and find a way to keep going. The truth is, things will never be the same, we will have to keep fighting. But, if we keep fighting for our lives, then we get to keep our lives by finding a new balance.

My Favorite Thing: These Print Ads. They made depression fun.
